All reservations are conditional subject to room availability. Reserved rooms are considered confirmed once an initial deposit is received. Jesiwa B’s little Palace operates on an advance pay system hence guest must pay the nightly rate in advance .
General Residency Policy.
All guests at Jesiwa B’s little Palace have the right to peaceful and harassment free residency during their stay at the guesthouse. Management has the right to remove any resident and/or their invited guest who violate this policy.
Security Policy:
The security of our guests and are facility is very important to us as such we are monitored with CCTV cameras in all common areas of our facility and around the entire perimeter. We also have 24 hour front desk service to monitor incoming and outgoing guests to our facility. We provide portable safes on request for guests who need them. All guests are 100% responsible for ensuring their valuables are securely and safely stored. We do not store valuables on behalf of guests during their stay.
